7 Tips — 7 Lessons
The first national Feldenkrais Method Awareness Week took place 22 - 28 May 2010, focusing attention on the Method both locally and nationally. The centrepiece of the week was a series of short Awareness Through Movement lessons — one for each day, available online, based on this article: Seven tips for Better Posture.
The lessons will remain available for the forseeable future — share them with your friends and family; help spread the word that, through the pleasurable physical riddles of the Feldenkrais Method, we can improve the quality of living.
