After many years of a varied practice, I have stopped giving FIs, I do one weekly class and have no plans currently to offer workshops, although this may change.
Feldenkrais has been part of my life for so long that I can’t imagine being without it. I began doing classes in London in the early 1980s, graduated from the first UK Feldenkrais training (London 1990) and moved my practice to North Wales in 1993.
More recently, I've been influenced by the Embodied Life Mentorship Program (ELMP) of Russell Delman which combines meditation and guided inquiry with Feldenkrais movement lessons. However, I still regard my teaching as classic Awareness Through Movement.
The effortless, flowing quality of movement from doing ATM is huge advantage to me as I get older and I am committed to sharing the benefits with those who come to my classes.
