Biography:
I qualified as a Registered Nurse, following training at The Wolfson School of Nursing, Westminster Hospital, in 1984. I specialised in anaesthetics and recovery nursing for thirteen years, then moved into the field of occupational health nursing in 1997, working in industry, the private sector and the NHS, most recently at The Royal Marsden Hospital, London, where I worked until 2016. I graduated from Brunel University, with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Community Health in 2004.

I am a qualified acupuncturist (British College of Acupuncture 1989 – 1992) and have the Qi Gong Tuina Diploma from the University of Westminster; I have previously worked as an acupuncturist in private practice and in the NHS Pain Clinic at Charing Cross Hospital.

I first became interested in the Feldenkrais Method around 2009, and graduated as a practitioner from the Feldenkrais International Training Centre in Lewes in August 2016. The Method has enabled me to find greater ease of movement in everyday activities and has been of great benefit to me.

My classes are open to everyone, but I am particularly interested in working with people whose medical problems make movement difficult or challenging.
