Practice:
With a performing arts background, I work with all types of person; young, old, fit and not so fit. I am happy to help actors, dancers, singers and sports people improve their skill through Functional Integration. I am able to work with elderly people with severe movement difficulties and I also work with people with neurological impairment such as Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy and Stroke. My classes have a few places available still. They are all paid for up- front on a termly basis, with the option to pay for "drop-in" if there is room.

Biography:
I studied Movement, Mime and Theatre with Jaques Lecoq in Paris in the late 80s/early 90s which is where I got fascinated in how attention to movement can help a person to lead a more fullfiiling life. I then worked as an actor, teacher and director in theatre, film and TV for 15 years. I trained under Garet Newall at the International Feldenkrais Centre in Lewes and qualified in 2015. I am now almost exclusively growing my practice as a Feldenkrais practitioner.
