Biography:
I was first introduced to The Feldenkrais Method when I had an injury back in 2003.

One of the first things that surprised and intrigued me about the method was how profound changes could be felt having expended very little effort. Around that time I had been practicing yoga for many years and, not being naturally flexible, found it quite effortful. However, after being a Feldenkrais student for only one year, I was surprised at how much more flexible I was, without 'trying' to improve my flexiblity.

And The Feldenkrais Method has continued to surprise me ever since, in the variety of ways it can help people with different aims and needs. As such, I find it a pleasure and privilege to work with this method.
