Practice:
I love teaching people of whatever background and age – whether you come out of curiosity or with backpain, a stiff neck or suffer from problems caused by a brain deficiency; whether you are an artist (dancer, actor, musician) or a parent of a baby with special needs ... I am happy to explore ways of learning new skills, improving posture or eliminating pain together with you.

Biography:
I have been a Feldenkrais Practitioner since 1992; being trained in Italy – by Ruthy Alon and other senior teachers – I have been working internationally – in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain and since I moved to Wales in 2018 the UK.

My motivation to teach comes from a very personal experience of overcoming severe movement difficulties in my 20's due to brain surgery. I love to move, to teach and to encourage my students in finding ways to overcome limitations on all levels – in moving as well as mentally or emotionally. I deepened my knowledge through working with babies and becoming a teacher of 'Child'Space', a method the Feldenkrais teacher Chava Shelhav developed. My other main interest is exploring the Feldenkrais Method within the field of the arts – especially dance and theatre. I am most inspired by the work of Charlotte Selver 'Sensory Awareness', Russell Delman 'The Embodied Life' and what I learned in the 'Movement Studies' with the dancer and choreographer Amos Hetz. Moreover I am a Buddhist practitioner and have been practicing meditation for more than 20 years. Therefore I very much like to combine these different aspects in my work.
