Practice:

I have experience with adult and pediatric clients, working especially with performers and children with developmental difficulties. My area of personal focus is helping industry actors re-instate a personal sense of autonomy in their performances.

Biography:

I started out life as a physical theatre performer and street entertainer and later studied classical theatre. I came to Feldenkrais having worked my way through every movement system I could lay my hands on, and was so blown away by its implications that I immediately adopted it as a primary approach to my work and life. I have introduced the method at all the London drama schools and was the first practitioner to devise a full module for accredited actor training in the country. I currently teach the method as well as acting , at Canterbury Christchurch University. I still work in the performing arts industry as a performer , director, teacher and practitioner.
