Practice:
I am based in Forres, in North East Scotland. I teach regular classes and workshops in both Forres and Findhorn, as well as occasional workshops in the wider Inverness area. I offer individual sessions in Forres.

Biography:
I originally trained in Contemporary Dance and specialised in Contact Improvisation, which I taught for several years in and around London during the 1990s. After having explored various mind-body and movement approaches including Body-Mind Centering, Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms, Pilates, Alexander Technique and Skinner Releasing, I focussed on the Feldenkrais Method and qualified as a practitioner in 2002. Over the next few years I taught the Feldenkrais Method in several London Adult Education colleges as well as contributing to Dancer's Health modules in Higher Education organisations. I moved to Scotland in 2005. My work mainly focuses on Awareness Through Movement groups and is influenced by my studies in anatomy and continuing practice of improvisational dance.
