Practice:
I work with a wide variety of people including people with disabilities, as well as physiotherapists, massage therapists, and yoga teachers and students. Some people I see have aches and pains, but all enjoy the benefits of learning to move more easily in their everyday lives. I trained with Anat Baniel working with children with disabilities in 2006 and find this work greatly rewarding. I enjoy working more and more with children and seeing the wonderful outcomes they experience through this work.

Biography:
I learned about the Feldenkrais Method, very fortunately, when I was experiencing intense pain from a trapped nerve in my neck in 1984. My experience with the Method brought a resolution of the pain and triggered my interest in learning more through ATM classes, workshops and FI lessons. I worked as an Administrative Specialist with the Federal Government in the United States and had trained and was working part time as a massage therapist. After an early retirement from the Government, I enrolled in the first Baltimore training program. Shortly after my graduation, I met my future husband on a trip to Ireland and married and moved to Tralee the following year.

This work has greatly enhanced my life on all levels and helped me to grow as a person. I love being able to work with others and see the changes and outcomes that they experience with the Feldenkrais Method.
