Practice:
People come to me with specific issues like back pain, sciatica, RSI. Others come simply wanting to improve their horse riding, skiing or guitar playing. For some the motivation is to increase their own well being and personal growth.

Everyone is an individual and of special interest to me, whether attending my ATM classes or my FI practice.

Biography:
I first became interested in the Feldenkrais Method® in 1993 while studying Sports and Economics in Germany. My first Functional Integration lesson made me feel as if I was walking on air. I attended regular classes and was struck by the profound effect they had on me. Every time I came to standing after an Awareness Through Movement lesson I felt so tall, so grounded, so within myself without being told to do so, just by moving on the floor in an easy and comfortable way.

After moving to England in 1998 and starting a family I enrolled in the Chiemsee professional training program in 2001 and have been teaching classes since 2005. It now gives me great joy to enable others to experience the same profound effect and to improve the quality of their lives.
