I work with all types of people, from athletes to people with mobility issues.
Angelina Ivanova is the founder of "Feldenkrais Center Sofia" and leads group and individual sessions using the Feldenkrais method®. She studied the method for 4 years in the training program of the Feldenkrais Institut Wien (Austria). In 2021 she founded the first Feldenkrais center in Bulgaria with the idea that the method would reach more people to help them improve their quality of life.
Angelina believes that every person has the inner ability to cope with difficulties, improve and lead a happy and fulfilling life. Her mission is to help people develop and activate their potential, applying methods of learning through movement.
She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in "Industrial Management" at the University of Economics - Varna, and later obtained a Master's degree in "Social Entrepreneurship" (EMBA) at the American University - Bulgaria.
Additionally, Angelina is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and a Master Trainer of the Aikido Training Line® method. She has 20 years of professional experience in designing and leading a number of personal and team development programs for various Bulgarian and international companies.
