Feldenkrais Training: New York 2015
...
Classes: When I am in the UK I will be looking for casual space in areas I have family.
Individual lessons: As I am still based in the USA. So Zoom is the only option unless you happen to be in Northwestern Vermont

Practice:

I was fortunate in that I discovered Feldenkrais® just because I was curious. I did not have major health conditions, so I don't have a great story behind me!

As a result my practise has no particular specialty, although the clients who find it most appealing are mostly over 40 and facing challenges due to injury and or aging.

Biography:

I got accepted for Uni to train as a teacher. I took a gap year to the USA to explore that option and ended up teaching people to first ride, and then to repair motorcycles. Then I found my way to the computer industry and taught people when (and when not!) to buy computers and how to use them. A major transition to becoming a social worker specializing in supporting micro businesses and teaching money management skills to low income people.

After taking my first Feldenkrais ATM in 2008 I spent a lot of time trying to work out how to become a teacher of Feldenkrais. I joined David Zemach-Berzin's New York City training in 2011, and graduated in 2015.
