I offer FI's at the Rooftops Therapy and Wellbeing Clinic in Battle High Street, East sussex: a serene space that affords lovely views across Battle Abbey.
I started out life as a physical theatre performer and street entertainer and later studied classical theatre and became a theatre director . I came to Feldenkrais having worked my way through every movement system I could lay my hands on, and was so blown away by its implications that I immediately adopted it as a primary approach to my work and life. I have introduced the method at all the London drama schools and was the first practitioner to devise a full module for accredited actor training in the country.
I have a teaching degree and am fully trained in securely working with anybody of any age on any functional issue they wish to address.
I am a qualified Feldenkrais Assistant Trainer and have supported students through to qualification on seven Practitioner Trainings for Garet Newell on both the Lewes and Sussex programmes.
My particular interest is the study of performer neurosis and have written an academic paper on the subject called 'Curing the Acting Habit' published in 'The Feldenkrais Method in Creative Practice' edited by Rober Sholl.
