Practice:

My main areas of special interest are working with athletes, and working with children with developmental difficulties. I am a practitioner of The jeremy Krauss Approach- Feldenkrais for Children. Feldenkrais for Children helps children learn grow and develop through progressive developmental abilities formation. Although my practice involves working with people from all kinds of backgrounds including dancers, musicians, and people with various health and pain issues, as well as rehabilitation from injuries and surgery.

I teach regular workshops which often book up early, for people from all kinds of backgrounds as well as other practitioners and yoga and pilates teachers, and also have been invited to guest teach my Myth of Core Stability Workshop.

Biography:

I was a Professional Tennis Player, before training in biomechanics to work with other players who had mainly recurring injuries, changing their technique and studying how to change habitual problems. This led me on to my Feldenkrais training in Amsterdam beginning in 2005. I am now using my Feldenkrais to work with other athletes, most notably former Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash, and most recently World Number 1 Doubles Player Mike Bryan.

I am a practitioner of The Jeremy Krauss Approach, Feldenkrais Method for Children (Tegernsee, Germany 2013). It was the first training of it's kind in Europe and it is exciting to now be working with children in this wonderful approach, and gradually spreading the message to parents that there are legitimate alternatives to intrusive therapies. I hae travelling internationally working with children.
