I see people from all walks of life who come to me with all sorts of issues; people who want to overcome limitations, discomfort or pain, or sometimes to enhance existing abilities and skills. Or just to feel more ease, pleasure and capability in the life they lead. My youngest clients are babies with a spectrum of developmental issues and the oldest, some over 90, find the Method helps to maintain and improve mental alertness and physical mobility and comfort.

I first came across the Feldenkrais method while studying at the Jerusalem Dance Academy. It not only set me free of a severe foot pain from which I had suffered since I was a young girl, but also became my most effective tool for understanding movement as a dancer and choreographer. In 1985, I began my studies in a course given to train Feldenkrais practitioners, and was captured by the effective, friendly and progressive nature of the Method. In 1988 I became a qualified practitioner. But for me that was just the beginning. I continued my studies to an advanced level; I went through the hundreds of lessons that Dr. Feldenkrais created; acquiring knowledge in interconnecting areas and never stopping reading and deepening my understanding. My main teachers were, and still are, my hundreds of students from all walks of life and of all ages. Before I moved to London in 2002, I was working for the Israeli National Health Service, alongside running a busy private clinic giving group classes and individual lessons to adults, children and babies. I was also teaching at Rimon, the leading Jazz school in Israel, and was invited to lecture doctors, school teachers and the general public on the application of the Feldenkrais method. I have contributed articles to various magazines dealing with parenting and the development of children. My work since moving to London has been in giving classes in various venues as well as individual sessions from my studio in Temple Fortune. I have also created several workshops exploring central aspects of the Method.
