I’m interested in working with people from all walks of life, who essentially wish to function more efficiently. I enjoy teaching lessons that have to do with human development, as I find these lessons really benefit people of all ages.
I came to the Feldenkrais Method through a whiplash injury sustained at the age of 13, doing a headstand in a school PE class. I received my first FI at the age of 15, and as there were no Feldenkrais practitioners in my area at the time, and I felt I had to do something with Feldenkrais, I started on the first Lewes Feldenkrais Training, graduating in 1994. In 2001 I founded The Cambridge Centre for Lymphology and Feldenkrais together with Katharina Tribe, my mother; we trained in Lewes together. Since Katharina’s retirement, I have continued teaching classes, workshops and giving FI’s.
I took time out to be a stay-at-home mum, observing first hand how human beings develop and how their movement influences so much. In my spare time I enjoy weaving and other craft activities.
