Practice:

I work with a wide variety of people, from children to seniors. Mostly these are people who need help with difficulty, but many are people looking to realise themselves more fully, or who wish to improve a skill.

Biography:

A life-time interest and practice in education led, by happy chance, to the Feldenkrais Method. Here is a place which resonates with my values. Since qualifying in 1990, I have worked in this fascinating method, developing a general practice, and specialising in longer, holiday workshops in lovely places in Britain and abroad. I also Assist on Training programmes, and work in other countries on request.
