Can we Improve Hearing and Vision through Learning?
with David Kaetz

In this public presentation, visiting Feldenkrais teacher, musician and author David Kaetz, from Canada, asks the question ‘Is it possible to improve hearing and vision by learning?’. He will explore how we can improve our own perception through reorganising how we use ourselves. The Feldenkrais Guild UK is delighted to welcome David to share his knowledge and insights both with its members and the general public. Reduced entry for Friends of FGUK. International Feldenkrais Week 2024

International Feldenkrais Week in May was a week of nationwide events in celebration of Moshe’s 120th birthday. This year’s theme was: TRANSITIONS
There are many ways in which we transition from one state to another – in physical movement, in our emotions, in the way we see and understand things, in our health and stage of life, in our self-image, and more…

A free Feldenkrais audio lesson was made available each day. Listen to the lessons here.

How can the method help me?

The method has the potential to benefit us all in some way.

It offers a more fluid, skilful, easy way of moving. It promotes a sense of confidence and wellbeing.

With guidance from a trained teacher, Feldenkrais can help with relief and recovery from pain, injuries and neurological issues. It can boost relaxation, resilience, attention and life-long vitality.

Get started

Through awareness, we can learn to move with astonishing lightness and freedom at almost any age.
