Practice:

I work with a wide range of people, with a wide range of needs, from actors and musicians to athletes and computer users to people addressing posture issues and back problems.I work at the pace that suits the client, but also work intensively with established clients – up to 5 lessons over 5 consecutive days. This way we get quickly to deeper issues and solutions.At the moment many of my clients come from Movement and Arts backgrounds, and I often work with practitioners of complementary disciplines including Pilates, Movement therapy, Massage and Yoga. The fundamentals of Feldenkrais supports their own work.

Biography:

Former teacher of Food and Nutrition in Secondary School and a former teacher of children with behavioural problems. Former Aromatherapist and therapeutic massage practitioner I have been a Bodyworker since 1987. Current Feldenkrais Practice (since 1999) started in Hassocks, Sussex, but moved to Bridport, Dorset in 2004.Have taught ATM classes and workshops on a wide range of themes, from Swimming, Computer use, to Back care etc... Currently teaching FI individual Functional Integration lessons and teaching Awareness Through Movement workshops.
