My group classes are designed to suit people of all ages and backgrounds. The focus is very much on developing each person's ability to sense themselves from within, learning to move more efficiently and think more effectively.
After careers in translating and wine education, I opted for a complete change of direction in 2002, training first in massage therapy before eventually specialising in myofascial release (JF Barnes method). My interest in movement as a rehabilitation tool led to me to train as a Pilates teacher in 2004. I first encountered elements of the Feldenkrais Method in Pilates workshops and wanted to know more. It was several years before I took the plunge and trained to teach this amazing work. I am so glad I did. The Method underpins everything I do and teach; it truly is the foundation of everything.
