Practice:

I am recently qualified (Oct 2022) through the London Training programme to teach group classes. Currently, I teach online three times a week to a variety of people.

Biography:

After 15+ years working in communications design I began developing my embodied practice through an MFA in Creative Practice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (2017-2019). Since then, recognising the need to think with and create through our bodies, I have been devising and facilitating 'Body As a Research Tool' workshops for creative professionals and students. This embodiment work runs alongside my art practice and my work as a visiting lecturer in design at Goldsmiths College, Trinity Laban, and Bath Spa University.
