I teach the Feldenkrais Method to people of all ages and abilities and from all types of background. I always like welcoming new students to my public classes and sharing my passion for the method. I am a professional musician and many of my students are musicians.
As a professional flutist, I became interested in the work of Moshe Feldenkrais in my quest to find more ease, confidence and spontaneity in my flute playing. I have taught ATM classes to musicians across Europe, USA, Canada and South Africa. I have also taught the method at Sir James Galway's Flute Festival since 2012.
I have used the Feldenkrais Method within the NHS as a creative rehabilitation facilitator for adults with learning disabilities and mental health - Lomakatsi. This was on acute and community setting alongside Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust.
I am deeply interested in human potential and helping people live fulfilling lives.
