Biography:

I've always been interested in the teaching and learning process as a means to becoming more autonomous and confident in life and in the environment. Watching people understanding and taking charge of their own health through Homeopathy and natural therapies has been incredibly fulfilling. Teaching yoga as a means of inner reflection has naturally lead on to gaining ever greater awareness through the Feldenkrais Method. It is a lifelong and ongoing lesson that I am grateful to share with those who want to learn.
